I cultivate spaces of potential and possibility

I am a medical anthropologist, an advocate, and an olympic weightlifter. What matters most to me is shaping and realizing better futures for our collective health and wellbeing through design grounded in empathy and guided by strategy.

I leverage my practice as an anthropologist and a strategic thinker to identify and craft novel human-centred solutions. I have helped Fortune 200 companies, academic research teams, and start-ups alike to understand and solve for some of the most pressing challenges facing healthcare both locally and globally, including the experience of chronic illness, improving outcomes for adolescent maternal health, developing new policy for youth homelessness interventions, and bringing accessible wellness services to market.

I hold a PhD in Social Anthropology from York University, and have held research positions at New York University, the Mind and Life Institute, and the University of California, Davis.
